At SHOBITRA, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We offer returns or replacements only for:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Wrong products received
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images/videos.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days after approval.
Please note:
- Cash on Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Returns for used or damaged-by-customer products will not be accepted
